Our customized software packages are the most common. Here, customers tell us what their needs are, i.e., they “conceive”, and we design the appropriate systems to meet those needs. While we carefully consider every detail as we get them from the customers, this doesn’t translate to longer wait time. Instead, we quickly produce a prototype of the envisioned system and allow the customer to test-drive it for a given period. If they like it and decide to move ahead with the full development, they will pay a percentage, typically 35%, and the full development will commence.
